Mark Jackson at Passion4events needed something really special to make a wedding at Calthwaite Hall, Cumbria, a wedding to remember (on top of the obvious wedding memories). The bride and groom wanted something extra and totally different to make their day stand out from other weddings. Mark was already talking to Angie Scott Cakes about having a projection mapped cake, which then sparked the idea of using motion mapping for a display.
We created a visual story, starting with a sunset to conjure up images of San Diego, where the groom proposed. We ended the mapping with a fireworks simulation. We made a 3D model of the house, made demos and sent them to Mark for his approval.
We created a really memorable experience for both the bride and groom and their guests. It really stood out, as the bride and groom had wanted and it was highly personalised to them.
