Home House, an exclusive private club in London, wanted to throw an unforgettable Halloween event for its members. With our content, mapping, and stellar projection, we created a frightening night that the partygoers (and intrigued passersby) will never forget.
The exciting and eccentric Home House, an opulent private members’ club in London, approached us to elevate their Halloween party plans to the next level. What started as a request to cast some frightening projections in their grand and decadent stairwells quickly turned into a club takeover, including casting spectacular projections on the front of the building.
Their goal was to do something different and memorable; fortunately, this is our speciality.
Once given the brief, we ran with it. Realising the event’s true potential, we offered the client more ideas, and soon we were mapping several interior walls and the entire front of Home House’s Georgian townhouse near London’s famous Oxford Street. We dipped into our cauldron of content and pulled out a range of spooky visuals, perfect for projecting inside the building to transform the party for the guests.
Using hidden projectors, we turned the elegant 18th-century home into a haunted house. On the building’s front, visuals of ghosts and ghouls flew up four stories and lingered in windows. We turned historic building features into blinking eyeballs and threw projected flames up columns, all to excite those entering and anyone passing by.
This project had a double WOW moment. Inside, the partygoers were plunged into an exciting and immersive experience, turning their Halloween party into an event they’ll never forget. Outside, passersby were treated to a show, resulting in footage of the party spreading across social media and drawing attention to Home House. The whole spectacle bolstered their reputation and sent their public profile soaring.
Not only did the members have a night they’ll never forget, but Home House enjoyed a splash of marketing magic thanks to the captivating, large-scale exterior projections. The possibilities of perfectly planned and executed mapping and projection are endless, and we love nothing more than helping a client realise just what we can achieve with the space to be creative.
