AV AWARDS
Film: immersive projection on stage at the AV Awards, Evolution London, mapped visuals for the industry's own awards night.
In 2019 the AV Awards asked us back as creative partner for a second year. The venue was Evolution London in Battersea and the theme was The Future is AV, so the whole hall became our canvas.
The night opened with 3D holograms of sea creatures and dinosaurs on a 20 metre Hologauze screen, thrown by three Epson 25K projectors, which we did with Epson and Holotronica. After a countdown the canvas dropped to reveal the room. Above the bar a three metre sphere carried futuristic cityscapes, and a giant custom cut logo turned into living letters. We then VJ’d the after party on a 40 metre LED wall. Our AV Awards case study goes through the night from start to finish.
