OUR ORIGIN STORY
It started with cake.
We were asked to projection map a wedding cake, and the resulting video went worldwide, gaining over 50 million views. From there, the cakes got bigger, as did the projections. Our ideas and ambitions grew too, which is why you can now find us projecting onto landmarks like the Shard, Stonehenge, Tower Bridge, as well as internationally.

MEET THE TEAM
STUART HARRIS
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Stu is the creative brains behind Motion Mapping. Whether you need to light up a national monument from 500 paces or create an immersive environment to transform a mundane function room into a sparkling wonderland, Stu’s the man with the grand vision and the technical skills to land it.
Equally at home behind a laptop in an office or atop scaffolding on cold winter nights, he particularly loves the crazy ideas because “that’s when we have to get really creative”.
ANGIE HARRIS
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As Executive Director, Angie oversees everything at Motion Mapping, making sure all our projects are running smoothly. She’s responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the company, looking at ways to improve our efficiency and effectiveness to do a better job for our clients.
“Job satisfaction for me is seeing the final result of a project,” she says. “All the dozens, if not hundreds, of things we do beforehand are all worth it when you see the amazement on people’s faces when the projections start.”
STEVE BROWN
Head of Projects
Project Manager Steve handles the planning and execution of a project, working closely with clients to make sure we know and we deliver exactly what they want. He’s a master of the project plan and loves a good Gantt chart.
He really enjoys the creative nature of the work we do. “It’s one of those annoying cliches,” he said. “But exceeding a client’s expectation really is the best part of the job, I love that moment when they see it come to life for the first time, and almost can’t believe what we’ve achieved for them.”
CHRIS BEARDWELL
Technical Specialist
As Technical Specialist, Chris gets to play with all the fun toys. Working with the crazy ideas from Creative Director Stu & the methodical planning and execution from Head of Projects Steve, Chris sits somewhere in the middle to make all the technical magic happen.
He loves a good technical drawing, a bit of programming code & using cutting edge technology. He enjoys seeing how all the parts of the work we do fit together, from concept to the end-result and seeing the reaction from our clients when they see their project come to fruition.
Lee Whittaker
WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
As our Warehouse Technician, Lee is the driving force behind everything that comes in and out of the warehouse. From coordinating collections and deliveries to making sure every project is packed, prepped, and ready to shine on site, he keeps operations running smoothly and on schedule.
On top of that, Lee is the go-to guy for keeping our building in top shape, making him the all-round fixer, organiser, and problem-solver we can always rely on.

The Office Mischief
Larry is the office trouble-maker. He loves a tummy rub and a play fight with his mate Eddie.
His daily antics, from sneaking treats to stealing door stops, keep everyone laughing and brightens up the workplace.
It is hard not to fall in the love with this cheeky little Labrador!

Who needs a doorbell when we have Eddie, our vigilant Border Terrier? Eddie keeps Larry in check and ensures everything runs smoothly in the office.
His watchful eyes and protective nature make him the true leader of the pack.
